Accounts are restricted to natural persons aged 18 or older who are resident in Canada and who can lawfully open a trading account in their jurisdiction. We may decline an application at our discretion.
2. Registration and identity verification
You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep your details up to date. We may request additional documents to comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering rules and may freeze access if requested documents are not received.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activating two-factor authentication. Notify info@swiftlinkvalnex-ca.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Funding, fees and withdrawals
- You can fund your account from via Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or domestic bank transfer.
- Canadian accounts pay no platform fee; only the live exchange spread shown on the order ticket applies.
- Withdrawals route to the original funding instrument and may carry standard network costs displayed at the time of request.
5. Risk acknowledgement
Trading cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, equities and commodities carries meaningful risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Markets can move sharply and you may lose part or all of your funded capital. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, abuse of automation interfaces or any activity that interferes with the integrity of the system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, the website, the brand, the logos and the underlying technology are owned by Swiftlink Valnex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of it without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Canadian law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results or any particular outcome from your trading. Specific tax and legal advice is your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Swiftlink Valnex shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising out of your use of the platform.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to info@swiftlinkvalnex-ca.com. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or where there is evidence of abuse.
11. Governing law and disputes
These conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of your province of residence to the extent they apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the competent courts in your province of residence.
12. Updates
We may amend these conditions to reflect changes in the platform or the law. Material amendments will be communicated by email to active members and posted at the top of this page.
